Structure Determines Outcome

In my experience, creative teams don't fail because of talent. They fail because nobody ever sorted out how decisions get made, who's responsible for what, or how the work actually moves.

That stuff compounds. A fuzzy handoff becomes a missed deadline. An unclear owner becomes a stalled project. Over time the team stops trusting the process and starts working around it.

I've spent 25 years untangling that. It's almost never a people problem.
